Need to check your balance? Transfer money between accounts? Pay your bills? Deposit a check? With Citizens First's Mobile Banking, you can do all of this directly from your mobile phone. We offer three ways to bank on the go: text banking, mobile browser and downloadable smartphone application (App Code-CFB26301). Use one or all three. And best of all – it's FREE! Text Banking

Phone with BalancesUse text messaging to check your account balances, transaction histories and find Citizens First ATM/branch locations near you.

How to get started:

  • Log into Online Banking.
  • Click on Update Options.
  • Scroll down to Mobile Banking Profile.
  • Click on Enroll Now.
  • Read Terms and Conditions for Mobile Banking
  • Once ready, click "I accept these Terms and Conditions" and click Continue.
  • Select Text Messaging and click Continue.
  • Choose your time zone.
  • Choose the accounts you want included and enter nicknames for them.
  • Click Continue.
  • Enter your mobile phone number and review the information on the screen.
  • You will receive an Activation Code via text to the number you activated. Enter the Activation Code and click Activate.
  • You will receive a text message stating that you have activated text banking.
  • Save this number as a contact in your mobile phone.

Once you are signed up, you can text commands to 96924. You will receive a text message back with the banking information you requested. Make sure your service carrier allows texting to and from short codes. Text messaging rates may apply.

Text Banking Commands* (Text to 96924)

BAL to get the balance in all of your activated accounts
BAL + account nickname to get the balance in a specific account
HIST + account nickname to get the last few transactions in a specific account. To see the next transactions, reply NEXT.
ATM + zip code to get the Citizens First ATM locations in that zip code
BRANCH + zip code to get the Citizens First branch locations in that zip code
HELP to get the list of commands
STOP to cancel the service
*Commands are not case-sensitive.

Once enrolled in Mobile Banking, you can change your phone number, change mobile banking services, update accounts and change nicknames.

Mobile Browser

Phone with Credit CardsView accounts and transactions, transfer money, pay bills and find Citizens First ATM/branch locations with our mobile banking website.

How to get started:

  • Log into Online Banking.
  • Click on Update Options.
  • Scroll down to Mobile Banking Profile.
  • Click on Enroll Now.
  • Read Terms and Conditions for Mobile Banking
  • Once ready, click "I accept these Terms and Conditions" and click Continue.
  • Select Mobile Browser and click Continue.
  • Choose your time zone.
  • Choose the accounts you want included and enter nicknames for them.
  • Click Continue.
  • Enter your mobile phone number and review the information on the screen.
  • You will receive an Activation Code via text to the number you activated. Enter the Activation Code and click Activate.
  • You will receive a text message with a link to launch mobile banking.
  • Click on this link, and bookmark it on your phone.

Once you are signed up, go to the link you bookmarked and click Log In. You will be asked one of your Online Banking security questions the first time, and your Online Banking password will be requested.

Once you are logged in, you will be able to perform the following functions:

  • View Accounts – check balances and review transaction history
  • Transfer Money – transfer funds between Citizens First accounts
  • Pay Bills – make a payment, pay an eBill, change/cancel payments, pay a person through Popmoney®
  • Find ATM/Branch – search for Citizens First ATM and branch locations near you.
  • Log Out
  • Review the Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions

Smartphone Application

View accounts and transactions, transfer money, pay bills and find Citizens First ATM/branch locations with our TouchBanking app for iPhone® and Android™. To use the TouchBanking downloadable application, your mobile device must have an operating system that supports application downloads and may require a data service plan.

Touch Banking

How to get started:

  • Log into Online Banking.
  • Click on Update Options.
  • Scroll down to Mobile Banking Profile.
  • Click on Enroll Now.
  • Read Terms and Conditions for Mobile Banking
  • Once ready, click "I accept these Terms and Conditions" and click Continue.
  • Review the information for Downloadable Apps.
  • Download the TouchBanking app from the App Store or Google Play.
  • Once the app is downloaded to your phone, you will need to enter the App Code, CFB26301, as well as your Online Banking Username.
  • Click Continue.
  • You will be asked one of your Online Banking security questions.
  • Click Continue.
  • Enter your Online Banking password.
  • Click Log In.
  • Read Terms & Conditions.
  • Once ready, click "I accept".

You are now ready to start using the TouchBanking app to perform the following functions:

  • View Accounts – check balances and review transaction history
  • Transfer Money – transfer funds between Citizens First accounts
  • Pay Bills – make a payment, pay an eBill, change/cancel payments, pay a person through Popmoney®
  • NEW!! Deposit a Check – Mobile Deposit is now available! Right from your smart phone, you can deposit a check-24/7. It’s as easy as taking a picture! Watch our Mobile Deposit video, and visit your Citizens First Bank branch to enroll today! Approval required.

  • NEW!!  Instant Balance - This is a new, secure feature that will allow you to check your balances without logging on to the app. The new Instant Balance icon will be located at the top of the Mobile Banking screen. Tapping the icon will provide a short introduction and then ask if you want to Log in and Set up. If so, the system prompts you to log on to the app before being presented with the Instant Balance Settings screen. You must then toggle the Instant Balance switch to the On position, choose the accounts you want to view with the Instant Balance feature, and Save the selections. The next time you launch the app, you can tap the Instant Balance icon and view the balances of your selected accounts without logging on. You may tap the Instant Balance Settings tile in the More menu at any time to modify your account selections or to disable the feature.
  • Find ATM/Branch – search for Citizens First ATM and branch locations near you.
  • Review the Mobile Banking Terms and Conditions
  • Log out.
